What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. All participants sign a Sisterhood Agreement committing to hold each other's stories with care. Personal disclosures made during the retreat are not to be shared, recorded, or reproduced outside the retreat context without explicit consent.

The retreat is specifically designed to meet you in moments of transition, exhaustion, and transformation. Our facilitators are experienced in holding emotionally complex space. If you have concerns about specific therapeutic needs, we encourage you to discuss them with us confidentially before enrolling.

Please review the cancellation policy above and contact our Retreat Coordinator as soon as possible. In extenuating circumstances (medical emergencies, bereavement), we will do our best to find a compassionate solution. This is why comprehensive travel insurance is required.

The Living the Soft Life Retreat programming, workshops, sisterhood circles, and all group experiences are designed exclusively for women. Men are not permitted in retreat sessions or shared spaces.That said, we understand that some participants may have a partner traveling to Vietnam at the same time. Partners are welcome to coordinate their own independent travel, accommodations, and itinerary. Your private room is yours, what happens in your personal space outside of retreat hours is entirely your own business.

Absolutely not. All movement sessions are gentle and restorative, accessible regardless of your current fitness level or prior experience. Participation in any activity is always optional. Our philosophy of ease extends to our programming.

The workshops address the emotional and cultural relationship to money, including the "Black Tax," guilt-free boundaries, and building wealth that funds your joy, not just your obligations.

Ba Na Hills involves approximately 200 steps. The Hoi An walking tour covers 2–3 miles at a comfortable pace. The Vespa village tour involves riding on the back of a motorized scooter on rural roads. All excursions are optional and alternatives can be arranged. Please disclose any mobility concerns on your Medical Intake Form.

Yes. Free time is built intentionally into each day. Days 4, 5, and 6 feature significant unstructured time for you to rest, explore, get spa treatments, journal, or simply be. Your nervous system will thank you.

U.S. citizens can currently enter Vietnam visa-free for up to 45 days, or apply for a Vietnam e-Visa online. Visa policies can change, always verify current requirements at travel.state.gov before your departure date.

Yes. Travel insurance is REQUIRED for all participants. Your policy must include medical emergency coverage (minimum $100,000 USD), medical evacuation ($250,000 USD), and trip cancellation coverage. Da Nang and Hoi An in summer are warm (85–95°F) and humid, with a chance of afternoon rain. Light, breathable clothing is recommended. A detailed packing guide is included in your Welcome Kit.
